Shipping Policy

• Rs.200 for nationwide delivery in Pakistan
• Free delivery for orders over Rs 4500
• Delivery time is between 3 to 8 working days.
• For new arrivals and latest launches, delivery can take up to 10 to 15 working days
• We are offering Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and payment via Credit/Debit Cards for domestic orders (from within Pakistan).
• International Shipping:
• For international orders, COD service is NOT available. International customers need to pay in advance either via Master/Visa card or Bank Transfer.
• International orders take 10-14 working days for delivery.
• Also, note the following for international orders:
• Once you add your items to the shopping cart and proceed for checkout, enter your address and country for delivery.
• At the time of checkout, delivery charges will be calculated according to your location and added to the final billable amount.
• Custom duties or any kind of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer).
• No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained for international orders

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched. If your orders have been dispatched, no cancellations are entertained since orders are shipped promptly to make sure there are no delays in shipping and you get your order on time. Our shipments leave at 6pm every day, so, for cancellations, ideally the customer is supposed to cancel before the first 6pm that comes after he/she has placed the order. It can be done by sending a message on either given contact numbers(+923004278174, +92 346 4172231), facebook or instagram page. Garnet has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, etc.
