Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 15 days after the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Sale, discounted, and promotional items may not be eligible for exchange unless the product received is defective.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products must be returned within 15 days after the date of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

International Orders

  • International orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
