I recently purchased a dress from your brand. The overall look of the dress is good, but there are a few issues with the finishing that I hope you will improve. Even though the dress was purchased on sale for 9K, which is still a considerable amount, the finishing is unfortunately not satisfactory.
The **daman** is not properly stitched, as you can see in the pictures I’m attaching for reference. Also, although the dress is sleeveless and sleeves are provided with it, the shoulder cutting is quite deep. I’m concerned that if I attach the provided sleeves, the sleeve length may become shorter than intended.
Apart from these issues, the dress is fine. However, I was expecting much better finishing from the brand. Paying 9K even on sale is a good amount, so I expected the stitching and overall finishing to be much better.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the finishing of your products.
